The Galaxy 5 pro watch is a watch I would recommend to almost anyone. Its very comfortable and light weight you can barely tell its there some times. It's very easy to use so you don't always need a phone with you. Making calls and texting is actually pretty easy and your able to hear the microphone clearly in almost any environment.

This is a very useful product

I use my Galaxy watch in almost every environment outdoors and indoors. I came from the original Galaxy watch which I loved and had spectacular battery life and I was really dubious about this one. But it was the first one that seemed to be built more rugged and had all the sensors I was looking for so I tried it and gave back my old galaxy watch with much reservation. fast forward 2 years it's still a very reliable device and has not failed me in any way other than the occasional restarts. The Bill quality has held up in all sorts of inclement weather as well as the Urban jungle. The battery life has also still held up and while initially it never really hit 5 days it still can last 3 days solid. definitely want to hang on to this. now I would really wonder how this watch would work with Galaxy AI but time will tell and how much processing it will take up.

long-term review after 2 years

I never thought that I would actually wear a watch until I bought my Galaxy Watch. I love it. It's got so many options that you would never even think it would have. AI is great. I have the Samsung Note20 Ultra. I also have the Samsung buds. I have a washer and dryer made by Samsung. By far, is the best product you're ever gonna get

I use my galaxy watch 5 pro daily.  It keeps track of my exercise steps, aerobic, and hiking. Also it keeps me on task with the samsung agenda, and alarms. The watch helps me stay hydrated by reminding me to drink. "Galaxy AI"

Great watch and features

I love my Galaxy Watch 5! It is comfortable enough to sleep in, and the band is amazing. I never take it off and the battery lasts 3 days before I have to charge it...highly recommended!

I LOVE THIS WATCH!

It's been really nice, I do miss the turn bezel so I could scroll screens while it was in water lock mode when I am in the shower or pool and when I need this I use Galaxy AI instead and talk to my watch to get to what I need or reply to message so thank you alot for this

Love the answer feature on the watch, very useful for when your phone is somewhere else in the house. The AI features are helpful for a quick answer on the go. Do have to charge it every night.

I really appreciate the watch's accurate sleep tracking, which has helped me understand my sleep habits and make adjustments for better rest (I sleep like a Penguin currently). The fitness tracking features are comprehensive, providing detailed insights into my workouts and overall activity levels. Also, just as note worthy, the built-in calculator has come in handy more often than I expected (I use it everyday for work!). My Everyday Essential

The updates are on time  !  Compatability  ,  also battery  life is well maintainable depending on  if you have the watch always on feature  applied  but I would have to I would like to have a setting on them inn the future  we're the  user can block numbers  ! In fact more notifications  alerts  , app permissions are great search and internet works properly   but overall no complaints  ! Maybe scr atch resistant  , biometric  fingerprint unlock .

I love this watch. Design and stile

This is my 4th Samsung Galaxy watch since the original with the camera unit on it. I have to say this has been by far the best experience. Accurate health scans, amazing battery life, quick charging, reliable connectivity. 

This watch helped me out when my car broke down and I had forgotten my phone at home. Since it is an LTE model purchased from my carrier I was lucky enough to get a hold of a family member and give them my location. 

Calls are clear, the watch and apps installed work quickly without any lagging. overall with the ability to customize I have been able to optimize this watch to work for me all from the main watch face. rugged designhas taken many hits and falls. watch has been under water for short periods of time. as a first responder this watch not only does it all but survives all different obsticles thrown at it and by the time you get home you will still have another day and a half of battery left.

Battery Life and Functionality

While using Bixby to get directions or answer a question it refers me to look at my phone it would be better if it would just display the info oon my watch without having to pull out my phone or answer the question without using my phone. Ai doesn't help with this problem either

Bixby doesn't display results on watch

The watch defaults to using Wifi/ Wifi preferd. S23 Ultra connects easily with Bluetooth and downloads all updates over Wifi easily. However, when attempting to switch to Data, the watch fights it and sometimes does not connect. Setting up the watch on 4G/5G/LTE tends to take a few tries. On top of that, when walking away from my phone, it doesn't always automatically switch to data reliance instead of Bluetooth/wifi.

Data/Connection issues

i used my watch 5 pro everyday use exercise heart rate i had it since nov 2023 got caught in the rain it got wet not underwater just rain it quit working the screen wont come on the battery gets hot this is my 3rd or 4th samsung watch i ve had nothing but samsung phones for 20 years and between my s22 catching fire and my pro 5 the most durable watch samsung makes it says gets rain on it an it quits working might have to move on to another brand

Battery life is horrible, it's on the charger everywhere day. Even with everything turned off the best I could get was 3 days. The addition of Gemini AI is neat but, it's just another AI and not something that would make me but another Galaxy Watch

Nice design

Overall, great device. Can be worn for gym or work related events easily. My only issue is the battery life. Compared to my gear s3  watch,  the galaxy watch 5 battery life is less than half. I may get 5 to 6 hours on a good day. 

worth mentioning for me is using Bixby. it's was cool for me to use that, connecting it to SmartThings to control watch features. It was neat. With Samsung transitioning to the "Galaxy Ai" I was hesitant with using the features from my s23 ultra. But most of the Features were easily compatible. But for the public, it can be a good as you want it to be, honestly. I don't use it as much anymore unless I can't physically touch my device. Other than that. it's.

Overall, again, watch is great with good features but my battery life is absolutely terrible compared to other devices used in the past.

Great for texting when I'm away from my phone

As the title states, the Galaxy Watch Pro 5 is nearly perfect. It accurately records vital signs and other health and wellness data. The only issue is the battery life. It lasts quite a while, but not long enough to use the watch the entire day without needing to charge it.

Almost Perfect.

The watch does all the basic functions you are looming for in a device. It is extremely durable and comfortable to wear. The only downside would be the batter life and charging. Due to the inconvenience of charging, once the battery dies I'll go days without remembering to charge it back to life.

Great watch but

I use it to track my health workouts and walking distance. Streaming music while working in the yard and doing construction work around the house. I love controlling my youtube tv and smart home without having to pull out my phone. I love the sleep tracking feature it very accurate. I like change the screen background to fit the season or holiday. I like the security feature they work well. Theater mode is nice because I like going to the movies and I don't want to go through a ton of setting to turn off the sound.

I have had my Galaxy Watch 5 pro for a while now. It is an excellent watch and I love all of the features it has to offer including Galaxy AI. I am amazed at how long the battery lasts and how quickly it charges.
