I love the flash, that gets a Five star rating. The problem I have is I ordered the "Profoto A10 On and Off camera flash for Nikon camera bundle with soft box, adapter, color filter and shapers kit" I received the "Compact Flash Adapter" which does not work with the A10 Flash unit. I'm stuck. There's no chat available on this day and I'm screwed.

I was surprised at how seamless the connection to my camera and lights were.  The Profoto A10 and the ProConnect worked just perfect.  Better than I even expected.  I highly recommend this setup for your Nikon!

Seamless Connectivity

My previous experience with flash was a cheap beginner - if you will - on-camera flash, so upgrading to the Profoto A10 on and off flash was a huge step. The Profoto A10 system is so easy to use and understand how it works. The interface is intuitive and minimal, very high-quality build. I love the magnetic system for attaching modifiers; no more clumsy fumbling with the diffuser to ensure it stays on correctly. The Profoto A10 is the right size, weight, and power. Plus, it always works when needed. Looking forward to all the creative ways I can use it.

Really an amazing flash, particularly with all the clic accessories. So far, I'm using it more as an off-camera flash than on-camera.

So far, really good. MUCH better recharge/recovery time than my older, Canon Speedlite and being able to quickly use the power dial to adjust in fast moving wedding ceremonies and receptions has been incredible. It may be twice the price but it's also twice the performer, so to me it all balances out. I had considered getting the Godox speedlite but just kept hearing about other photographers still missing too many shots because of slow recharge times. This is my first Profoto purchase but most certainly NOT my last! Highly recommended! :)

If you can afford it, do it

My first Profoto product. I absolutely LOVE the A10 flash. I shot a wedding on the beach Sunday evening and the reception indoors. Got about 400 flashes off the battery that came with the A10. I am glad I bought an extra battery. I was able to finish. The recycle time of the flash and the battery is amazing. I really could not believe it. 
All I can say is?. BUY IT! You will not be disappointed!

The best flash system out there. Prophoto is SO easy to use. Even if you have no idea how to use a flash, you can set this up on your camera without using a manual. Love that you can use your phone as a trigger and how easy it is to use. It’s a powerful little thing. I also love how easy and quick it is to set up and use diffusers/gels. The magnetic clics are brilliant.
