Looks professional and chic, allows me to charge my phone using the built in lightning port on my iPhone XS or the Type C port on the case. Charges the phone first and the case second so I'm always powered up.

I received my products within one of my screen protector was broke I called customer service and they would not replace it they said they did not see a record of me buying it? But they sent it to me she sounded like she was at home eating popcorn and attention to what I was saying. Basically said nothing they could do. if this is a way to treat your customers that?s pretty sad, I have been a long-standing customer for years and I have told other consumers to buy these products as well and this is the way I was treated over a screen protector that was broken in the mail and I paid to upgrade it, just not right

Case is broken.

This product has probably aged sitting in a warehouse for years. The power capacity is enough to give a charge boost on my phone up around a 40% from 1% to 5%.

Quality isn?t the same as before. Already chipped after falling (which happens frequently since the case is slippery). Made of cheap plastic unlike before

The juice pack access provides a strong case for the phone. The battery charges the phone about 60%, meaning if the red is showing on the battery I have a couple of hours of extra usage. I almost had to buy it for the price of 9.99, the last time I bought a mophie juice pack it was 99.99. I believe the reason is that the iPhone X is no longer manufactured. The case is a qood quality hard plastic, but it offers no protection for the screen. I?m happy with the purchase, I hope the backup battery lasts a while.

Battery capacity of the case is disappointing. It claims to be larger than the Apple case by 200 mAh, but only provides a 50-60% top off when you need it.
