I purchased the Moza Air to use at Pax East. I can't express how much easier this made my job.Amazing product. Very easy to use.

Great product

love the fact that it is lightweight but I had two copies and the first one came with leaking batteries. Couldn't use them so I couldn't test the unit. The second replaced unit upon turning on would rotate uncontrollably. Totally unusable even after firmware update. I wish moza made their moza air 2 lighter, looks to be more reliable product but too heavy unfortunately.

Excellent gimbal

Great gimbal with phenomenal features and payload. You can read many technical reviews online so what I’ll touch on is the confusion many may have in the new update. 

Moza hasn’t done a great job of distinguishing the “big update” from older configurations, and retailers have conflicting info on their product posting. This is my only gripe. 

That being said. Yes the gimbal has a 7lb payload now....but you need to update the software to the latest firmware. Also when you update, at the time of this review, there are two options “stable” and “development”. All the new advertised features seem to be in “development”. Second is the latest Moza air now comes equipped from Moza with the quick release base plate as is integrated on their Air Cross. They didn’t change the model on this update so some suppliers have mixed old stock with the older version (triangular base plate). You may see a listing with the old baseplate picture, but the “big update” ad. Just ensure you know which version you are getting. Retailers should do better control of this configuration cut in. Moza should’ve probably updated the stock number. 

Aside from the above, it’s a great product. Easy to use and super light weight. Phenomenal stabilization. Feature for feature at such a competitive price....probably the best option.

Make sure u update to latest software

This equipment works great and is easy to set up. The only problem I have is seeing the back of the camera since one of the motors blocks it. You have to look from the side to set focus, but other than that, its a great piece of equipment.
