This product is not worth spending money on. Batteries don't even turn on, or charge, therefore making the whole product a bust.

The two batteries that came with the gimbal were completely dead and couldn’t charge either. It was a disappointment because I had looked forward to receiving and working with this gimbal. I’m even afraid to order any replacement. I would not recommend this product to a trash can.. Technical support is really bad, THIS EXPERIENCE HAS MADE ME VOW TO NEVER BUY A DJI PRODUCT AGAIN.

Overall good impression

Amazing product. Amazing quality. Was difficult learning to activate using the app. Balancing just takes practice. You must spend some time with this to fully know how to use it. I wish you could use it without the app. Perhaps you can and I just dont know how.

Great Product with a learning curve

The dimensions are tight for the space where the camera rests, which limits you on the kind of camera you can mount to it. It sometimes freaks out when things are too heavy too. I've skied down a mountain with this and it works great. Just make sure the operator has some muscle cause it gets tiring very quickly.
