I've been on the phone 3 times with tech support and still having a different issue each time. There is no way this product just plugs in and is ready to go as advertised...no way.

Get ready for tech support calls

Great sound. Wasn't able to hook bass to sound bar making it wireless. Tried getting in touch with you guys but it kept going somewhere else. Who knows maybe it's me

Base wouldn't go wireless

The soundbar is good sounding but needs more volume and midrange. The Bose 700 sub that I purchased needs way more punch and low end bass.

Great soundbar if you have hearing problems, had been using headphones, but had synchronising problems.

Great speech clarity and appearance

I'm starting to go a bit hard of hearing, but with this soundbar, every word in every show and movie comes through crystal clear. I'm really happy with it!

Great Soundbar

Considering I bought this from the official Bose refurb shop you'd think it would be fixed before they sent it out. How this ever passed the QC (if any) I'll never know. I've sent it back for a repair. Who knows how long I'll have to wait. They should have sent me another instead of a repair. 
I tried explaining to the support team. They were only interested in repair or I could have a refund because it was within 90 days purchase. I explained I've yet to even set it up. Not interested. Very poor. I expect better. I've bought loads of Bose over the years.

Love this home theater system! Amazing sound. This replaced a Bose Cinemate II system that still works. I also love playing music through the Dolby Atmos system!

Great sounds

I brought the ultra sound bar and two bass 700 subs. It's absolutely blown me away with how much bass is produce and how low and immersive it is. It's incredible. Well worth the money. Bose has always had such high quality. If you have a small to medium room. Then 2 subs is to much. Having 2 subs in a rather large room is sufficient.

A good investment

Purchased Sounbar Ultra as an upgrade from the SB300. Had difficulty with the transition. However after speaking with helpline the service engineer was brilliant and now it's all fin full working order

The design, sound and installation is way better than my previous V35 system. Was easy to install, connect using the Bose app which is pretty basic. Sound Quality is excellent, unit is sleek, compact and delivers the sound quality in my dedicated HT room set up. WOW experience!!!

Great sound in a slim design

I have upgraded from the 900. A much better sound in my opinion, fuller due to it being 5.1 over the 900 which is 5.0
Had problems with the TV and the soundbar working together with the sound stopping. Contacted Bose help told to return the soundbar as it was faulty even after an update (9 days old). I totally reset the soundbar back to the factory settings and has been fantastic ever since. 
5* for the soundbar. 1* for the support

Week ago set up was eazy first one made me buy one for the bedroom

So far sound great

You have to use an app to sync the bluetooth satellites with full network connection. The wifi connection does not work and the app will not work without it. I used wired connection and that made the app work, but, still did not see the satellites speakers. Having to use another app and having to install it on my phone is the worst. There are enough security concerns without having my speakers needing to talk to the Internet. This was the worst experience ever. Given I have been a lifelong bose user, its sad that I will no longer be purchasing your products. Your quality is just the worst!

Just the worst product I have ever purchase

Pretty happy with it...I have a 300 dollar sound bar to compare it to. The Bose is better for sure, not sure if its $$$ that much better.

Easy to set up and sounds great!

I pulled the trigger and bought the Bose ultra soundbar, sub and satellite speakers. I ended up calling Bose support to get set up. The support team was great and walked me through the setup process. Great sound on music and movies, just what I was looking for. I'm happy with my purchase.

Great sounding system!

Bought the sound bar 1 week ago. Had minor problems in app connection. Called Bose and within minutes had the solution and Hey Presto, all working as it should. Happy Chappy. However, the trouble shooting PDF document, doesn't really explain what to do. The wonderful staff could sort this via documentation?

Well tuned music, exceptional quality, makes your surround sound come alive without reverberating noisy bass.
Great use of your bluetooth utility. I left Bose for 15 years because the corporation was too slow incorporating new technology at the time. Close quality and aesthetics with Bangs and Olufson, for a fraction of the cost.

I recently bought the bose smart ultra soundbar. i previously owned a cinamate which was good. I am very unimpressed with the surround sound effects and basically cant even tell i bought the optional large base module

Great features

So far the sound bar works well but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. My bar displays a red light and every solution offered by Bose doesn't resolve the issue. To get additional help I need the lengthy serial number model number, etc.
