This is the fifth ink jet printer from HP that I've purchased in the last couple decades. It is awful. The instructions are terrible. The display is too tiny. I've tried to cancel the automatic ink replacement to me which I should have never signed up for, and I can't get it stopped.

This company could improve by offering live product support. Not a chat, not an email option or a phone number provided. In this age, don't we all just want a real human? I was glad to read that one reviewer commented on difficulty with return because I just saw that my DeskJet 4152e was returnable only during the first month. It's a flimsy piece of crap. (I am sorry though that the one reviewer had difficulty with return.)
It was a nightmare to set up! My husband, who is a techie, couldn't get it to go even though both of us were working on the 2 hour problem. We chose not to waste any more of our precious time and energy on a cheap piece of crap! Despite their online tutorials, we just don't have the time or the interest. It's out in the garage now, ready to go into next weeks trash pickup.
HP offers all this product support, but it is not forthcoming. I positively despise this company!

Make that sale! Then dump the customer.

Good printer with no frills

Set up was fairly easy, had a problem with the "free ink" offer but think I got it handled, printer and scanner work fine no problems

Have had this printer for 3 weeks. It does everything I need. Much better that my last unit.

The free ink program is an awesome add on.

 And did I forget to mention it was a really really great price

Print is ok but the only thing that I don't like is that to print both sides you have to take the page(s) and turn them on and put them in the feeder again

I like the Printer. But the Smart App is terrible. I would rather it be USB. I have already had issues with the smart app again.

The HP DeskJet for E 55E all in one printer it's absolutely perfect in size paper usage, ink supply in black and color. The quality of the income, the page stands and the sharpness is fantastic, plus it's remarkably quiet compared to the OfficeJet Pro 8620 that I had previously.

The HP desk jet 4155E all one printer is the perfect printer I bought to date. It's user-friendly.

I am having trouble setting up the printer to my laptop. I use my laptop more than my phone for work, so this is annoying right now. Otherwise it's fine.

I recently purchased a HP Deskjet 4155e All-in-One Printer. It arrived in good shape, was easy to set-up, and scans and prints in color and black and white with no problems.

Its good but not as good as the last printer I had. When I need to print double-sided now, I have to put the paper back in for the second side. oh well?

Not as good as my last HP printer but ok

I don't understand it. Had a 4630 that was easy to understand. The user manual for the 4155 has not helped me at all. I had codes come up in the info screen that I can't translate. So far have done only basic printing. I don't like having to use HP Smart to figure out scan and copy. Jury is totally out on this.
