Handles 2 4K screens with ease, sooo much better than my i9 good choice I feel.

I feel the need the need for speed

It is very fast, quiet and sips the battery.  The display is very pretty.  

If you need to run Windows on Parallels like I do, it is very easy to get the Windows 11 ARM VM working, though note it will NOT transfer over your Intel based Windows programs, but you can move over your generated data.  So you will have to reinstall all of the Windows programs, but like most Mac users, you probably don't need to worry about using Windows so this isn't a thing for you. But make sure you have your installers and serial numbers ready for your Windows software if you need to run Windows on Parallels on the Mac.  Lucky for me there were only about ten programs I need to use in Windows, so this wasn't too bad for me. 

As stated in most website reviews the only real con for this product is the price.  It isn't cheap, but I plan on keeping this for several years.  This is replacing a mid 2015 Intel based MacBook Pro.  I got eight years out of my previous Mac, so spending over $6K was wincing but when amortized over five to eight years it is less painful.  And Adorama offering AppleCare at a discount was nice and gives me support for three years.

The Internet reviews are correct it is amazing but expensive

Got this MacBook Pro 16 M3 for Christmas and I have everything set up already. It is very fast and I am loving everything I see so far. There are videos on the net on how to set things up on there and it made it a lot easier. Need to make sure you watch them cause the computers do not come with the latest upgrade on it not sure why that happens. This computer is going to work out great for me and my photos.

I love my M3 Pro Max. It's my first Macbook, but I wish I upgraded sooner.
