Best as usual - nothing beats an original, Amazon sold me a poor imitation that did not fit the iPad pro

You (otterbox) guys are color blind!

Very sturdy, easy to install. Cover is tight an a little difficult to apply but the quality is outstanding.  Delivery time was terrible!

Good investment

Item arrived quickly, nicely packaged. The case is a nice size and seems to have a lot of sturdiness. 

It does NOT come with a glass screen cover. You have to purchase one separately.

The assembly directions suck, they need to be better written. They are very basic and confusing if you are not a techie head which we are not. 

The iPad cover fits true to form and feels like it will protect the iPad. 

The back part where the kick stand is SUCKS! The stand does not snap into the front piece to hold it together it just sits onto of the other so it slides all over. The kick stand has limited positions so it has not been very useable for the different drafting tables it's used on.
If the case wasn't needed due to the iPad being used on a construction site it would have been sent back for having useless kick stand.

It will protect the iPad

Original order was shipped via UPS Mail Innovations and never received, customer service was contacted and agreed to ship a replacement order out, took a week for the actual shipment to be sent and they once again used UPS Mail Innovations. At this point I have been waiting over a month with no success.

The Otter Box provides great protection from the many drops my iPad incurs. There is one weakness/challenge that may be required for the protection, but it is frustrating.  Getting the darned case open, without breaking it, is a challenge.

Protection to a Fault

This case is terrible. I've had to replace this 4 times this year. I've purchased both my kiddos this iPad over last two years and had to replace the devices at least twice bc this case is basically worse less. I thought they would change the case after gen 3 when I first got the case but they haven't. Once the flap part comes off (which falls after 1-2 days on the iPad), the case becomes no good. I've been able to make the case last bc I've used duck tape. For the money for this case, it too expensive. I do appreciate that I can the warranty but why do I need to do it this often?!? It's very frustrating. Please take time to improve this case. It's about time!!

Had 2 of these and are not worth the price. Broke easy and had to get 2 replacements under warranty of each one. They say drop + but it's not

Worst decision

I ?? the protection afforded by the Otter Box frame. I found the slant of the stand to be too low for my liking, I prefer a more upright slant than it affords. I would purchase this item again however. I am using my previous stand which is more upright.

Otter Box, not what it used to be

I ordered this case because I have a tendency to carry lots of things back and forth from home to work.  As a result, sometimes I drop things.  This case is helping me to keep my iPad from facing the fate of previous ones.  Very pleased with my purchase so far!

Well constructed, and it works perfectly for me. The pen fits in the case so that I don't lose it.

Great quality

I love this case and trust it to protect my investment. The one thing I am upset with it's the pencil opening on the top. It is plastic and the flip top part bends and snaps the two little hinge things.

Needs one fix to be perfect.

Since I bought a new 12 inch iPad I decided to go with OtterBox because of the reputation. I was sadly unimpressed with the case compared to my old 10 inch case. The pencil never stayed in the slot on the cover. Every time I opened it, the pencil would be flying around loose, no matter how I put it in. Then, within two months, the little tiny door to the charging area on the iPad broke off. It's very flimsy, and awkward to use since you can't carry the iPad while the pencil is charging since it pops off. I was very surprised that they didn't redesign anything so that the pencil will be secure. The cover was exactly the same as my old iPad case.

I was hit in my wheelchair at about 25mph (I'm ok) . My iPad Pro was thrown across the road and there's not a scratch on it and the iPad was intact. I'm impressed!
