Bought in November 2024, haven't used them much since then but they were great up till last week. Right bud quit working, no lights or sound. Left one works in mono mode but without the Right bud just disappointment.

Think twice before purchasing.

I work with noisy tools and in "noise canceling mode" for some reason the sounds are amplified more, this mode is useless. Walking in the rain, the touch sensors went crazy and stopped working for a moment. Now the sound is never the same again. Now the bass is much quieter. Since I bought them, I also had the problem that when I put them in the charging case, they are still connected to the phone and I have to deactivate Bluetooth on the phone for them to disconnect.

It's not what it promises

CHARGING ISSUES

After only 6 months of use, I can't hear anything anymore through my left earbud (despite cleaning regularly and according instructions), and the right one lost it's (already short) battery life, which is now one hour at best.

The sound quality isn't great either, I had earbuds costing half the price with better sound quality.

I'm surprised they can market these as noise-cancelling, because they don't cancel any noise at all. 

The touch buttons are horribly inconvenient, as you constantly touch them when you want to take out your earbud. And they don't register when you actually want to press them.

The design of the case is poor as well. A lot of times I put the earbuds back in the case, to discover one hour later that it never contacted to recharge. 

Don't buy these. You can get way better earbuds (literally in every aspect) for half the price. Very dissapointing from a company that is known for quality products.

Waste of money.

Bought these less than a month ago and there a decent amount of problems. They didn't seal in my ears that well, and after dropping them a few times, the audio became really quiet. Also the app would be better if it allowed for full customization, instead of the preset control layout. On the plus side, the design and quick charging were really good. They also sounded good as well.

Not as good as I hoped

I lost 1 earbud in the snow when shoveling. Found it 2 months later when the snow melted and it still worked!! I have no issues with sound at all and I am extremely impressed that it still worked after being stuck in snow and water for months. I will be buying more from this brand in the future!

Great quality!

Quality product! These headphones have wonderful sound. The customizable touch buttons are amazing for quick changes. These headphones are durable! I fell and dropped them in the winter in my driveway. After plowing, snowplowing, and 6 months later. I found them in the yard. THEY WORKED! Charged them, put them in my ears and started listening again!!! Now I have two pairs since I bought another pair when I lost them initially. THEY STILL WORKED! Couldn't believe it. Scratched a little on the outside, but literally looks gentle used. High quality product!!!

Best - Most Durable

Great sound quality and long battery life. The ear pieces however didn't fit anyone's ears. Not in my house, not with any of the people I tried to give them to. They just fall right out. Major design flaw. Not very loud either if listening to music is your primary purpose in buying earbuds. They were great for phone calls though.

i bought tuneflex earphones one and half year ago and earphone battery is awful. it will turn off within 30 minuets both. i cleaned the charging ports and charged one by one earphones separately. but nothing works.

Do not buy. They are just ripping you off. The headphones are awful, they don't charge, they don't work, it doesn't matter how much you clean them they don't charge. Huge waste of money.

DO NOT BUY

I bought these headphones to replace my last set of earbuds and I can say for certain that I won't buy these again. Complete waste of money. Within a month, one of the headphones won't charge. They don't turn off without the app, so they randomly connect and are using battery when you least expect. If you are traveling, working, or just rely on your headphones, these are a total waste of money.

Awful

They constantly disconnect from the charging case, connect to my phone and start playing podcasts / audiobooks / music. I can't fully express how frustrating this issue is other than to say avoid these pieces of junk and get something quality instead.

Avoid!

Absolute trash. Expensive headphones that began having issues after a month. Only one headphone works three months later. You can leave them charging all night and they will not charge. Complete rip off.

Trash

I bought these Who knows when probably a year or so ago and they work well for sound and playing. Not so much the mic I think or it may be mines been worn out idk. The biggest issue I have with them is that the charger doesn't always charge the head phones while it is sitting in the case, which defeats the purpose of putting it to sit I the charger!!

Alright if you not to picky

i got these as a christmas gift, love JBL. these are great but personally they seem to teeter as if they could fall out of my ear quickly. also the end part is super sensitive, so when touching them to push back into my ear it sometimes pauses by music. I haven't figured out the noise cancelling part yet, but in general people tell me the call reception is good.

Great but with a few hard parts

These are terribly disappointing. I got them for running and all I can hear is the amplified noise of air? even if there isn't any ambient wind. Useless.

Miserable for running

I bought these about a year ago. they have very bad connection to my iphone meaning, they connection cuts even when i have my phone on me. There is times when it doesn't identify that i've put the earbud in my ear. i've had the same struggle when trying to connect them to my macbook as well.

Bad connection

I am on my second pair of these and they have both ran into the same issue. The left ear bud won't charge leaving me with 2 pairs of these ear buds that will not work. I would highly recommend not purchasing these and choosing something else.

Bought 2 Pairs, both no longer work

purchased these buds through amazon and i am having the worst luck ever trying to pair them to my iPad i have downloaded the app that serves no purpose at all not very happy with these buds going back to apple.

I can't in good conscience recommend these to anyone. Maybe the issue is that they simply don't fit? I've tried each of the bud size adjusters and can't get a seal at all. This renders the rest of the features unusable - the sound cancelling doesn't work at all, and so there is no discernible difference between the noise-cancelling and "ambient aware" functions. The touch function also proves to be frustrating because of this - every time I try to push the buds in further so I can get some sort of good quality sound, I end up activating some feature, whether it's skipping, pausing, activating Siri, or toggling from one (unusable) setting to another. The app just seems like a lot of bells and whistles for a product that can't work at all as it's intended to. Not to even mention what happens when there's a breeze or some wind - these buds AMPLIFY the moving air and drown out whatever it is I'm listening to! I am so surprised at the quality of this product, especially considering JBL's reputation. These buds have become my last-resort option and I will patiently wait for the Beats Fit Pro buds to go back on sale.

Do Not Recommend.

Great response to touch and instant connection to iPhone. Sound is great. I bought these for the noise cancelling and also because another model I wanted was not in stock. I lost the charger the previous noise cancelling buds. That model may have been older but it was awesome. This model is fine and a great price, but they are not as good as my previous jbl buds. If I chew, the buds get loose and fall out. I guess I am still figuring out the best settings.

Great features

I loved the sound when l initially received the buds. However, after about a week, the right bud stopped working and will not charge or connect.

Good purchase gone bad.

I bought these at the airport for $100 B/c they have the sound cancelling feature.......and they really don't....at all. It doesn't matter if you change the settings or not on the sound cancelling it doesn't block out any noise.

I understand these are not the top of the line earbuds but, for $100 and as advertised I would expect a least some cancelling.

Very Disappointed by JBL

I purchased these ear buds from Best Buy after looking at dozens of others on the shelf. It looked like a good value and compromise versus other buds. I give these one star because they are incredibly uncomfortable. They hurt. They are made from an unforgiving, hard plastic that forces your ear to conform to them and I can barely wear them for even a couple of minutes. Can't wait to return them.

They can have all kinds of other features, and have good sound quality, but I simply cannot wear them.

Incredibly painful to wear

I bought these a few months back I have them in almost every day at work. pros; battery life, sound quality, comfort, ease of use, ambient aware and noise canceling is awesome phone calls come threw great I haven't had to use the find my head phone feature but iv tested it and works great to! I usually only have 1 in but occasionally am able to have both in. Now onto the cons I really only have 2 complaints. With only one headphone in I am unable to control it to be noise canceling or not so if I'm around loud noises the headphone will detect and amplify it into my ear even louder and lastly the wind, walking outside with a breeze the headphone will pick it up and distort the speaker again as it try's to be ambient aware as with the loud noise issue. would love for that to not be an issue but overall I love the headphones this is my second set of JBL headphones ill be back for more after I kill this pair. :)

Buy em! there worth it!

Love these. They fit like the Apple ear pods. They come with other size ear pieces but I prefer the ones on it. Good sound. Good range.

Great fit great sound great price

I like the flex is better than the endurance set I purchased a few years ago. The flex connected easier than the endurance. But if you're an active person. The endurance is less likely to fall out of your ears. They both have there ups and downs. The flex connects easier and faster.
