Used Veydra Mini Prime 12mm T2.2 Imperial Lens for M4/3 Cameras, 8" Close Focus

I bought the VEYDRA 12MM T2.2 M4/3 METRIC here. It was rated by Adorama as E+ condition and indeed it was pristine. Very happy with it. Good match with the BMPCC4K.

I am using this with the Blackmagic MFT Cinema Camera for corporate interviews. Having previously owned and used the Rokinon 35mm T1.5 Cine lens, I greatly prefer the Veydra. The housing is more robust, the connections to the camera mount are tighter, and the image is simply sharper when shooting open. The 35mm is an excellent focal length for interview close-ups.

I'm extremely pleased with the quality of this lens after using it on a few projects. This replaced a Rokinon 16mm T2.2 as a wide-angle lens for my Blackmagic MFT Cinema Camera, and the upgrade was certainly worth the money. The lens housing is of much higher quality without feeling too heavy, it's compact, and the sharpness is a big step up when shooting open at 1080 and beyond. This is now my go-to lens for steadycam and wide shots.

This lens is great for wide angle on MFT. Little focus breathing, sturdy construction and sharp even wide open. Much better at T2.8. Only note is that I would like for it to be T2 or wider but for the price, there are always some sort of compromises.
