The Dell UltraSharp U4025QW monitor is beautiful.  It connected easily with my 2024 MacBook 14" Apple M3 Max computer once I loaded all the required Dell drivers and monitor support apps.  I would recommend this monitor even higher, but I ran into an issue with updating the monitor's firmware. I hav tried every conceivable approach to updating the firmware, and get a Failure To Load notice each time.  Thankfully, the monitor returns to the old firmware and is usable.  I have been working with Dell Support for two days now and they are clueless and can't offer a solution.  This exact issue has been around since 2021, and not having a fix is inexcusable.  I would think twice about buying this monitor if you are going to use a MacBook.
