I like to use Tungsten lighting - from Arri 1Ks to Photoflex Q Lites - for Corporate interviews.  I recently purchased the Photoflex Silverdome NXT Large from Adorama to augment my Silverdome Medium Softboxes.  

It's a sturdy, capable softbox that holds up against the heat of a tungsten light bulb.  My clients love the look, my assistant loves how easy it is to set up.  And I have the satisfaction of knowing I have a great go-to lighting package.  

I recommend using at least 1,000 watts (it's rated up to 3,000), and to get the optional eggcrate.  Just be careful, it's a heavy softbox, so don't forget to use a sturdy stand and a sandbag or two to be safe on set.

Excellent large softbox for tungsten lighting

I recommend it. Well made, very sturdy vents are perfect. I put on a 1000 watt photoflex starlight and it worked very well.
