Love the Klipsch products! Really liked the soundbar, but then the GigXxl out performed it, and an upgrade is in the future. Great sound, and one of the children will get an upgrade for their room!

Absolutely terrible ? do not buy.  Long time KLIPSCH ambassador and fan.  Sound bar randomly powers off every 1-2 hrs of use.   The sound is great when it works.

Excellent sound performance and range for the soundbar. Subwoofer feedback prevents setting subwoofer levels above middle. Feedback is horrible and extremely problematic. considering purchasing another subwoofer and connecting via wire. Tried placing plywood and other sound absorbing materials beneath subwoofer but it continues to feedback with a low booming hum.  Terrible defect.

Great sounds...when it works.  
HDMI (ARC) connection will randomly go offline and requires the plug to be pulled to re-sync with TV.
If you adjust volume up or down, or mute, the bass will turn nearly off.
Arrived without a remote control.

Incredible sound and easy to set up. Love it! Highly recommend to anyone who wants great base and quality sound.

Great sound

I am amazed by this system. The sound, clarity and easy set up really impressed me. I am not a super-tech guy but this really was simple. My room is about 20 X 30. It fills it with plenty of rich, deep sound. At first my dogs did not know what to think but now, they actually seem to like the bass sound of the system.

Good clarity, good punch at this price point. It was a gift for my kids 1st apartment, where shear "volume" of sound would be frowned upon by neighbors.

Bang for buck

The sound bar met my expectation. It is good both with watching movies and listening to the music. Others sound bar I have tried only good with movies.

Love it and recommened

My mom has a Roku TV and it sounds like crap. I got her this and it sounds so good I got one for my TV. $240 doesn't buy much these days, but I'm very happy with this. Great sound, easy setup, and great value. I did have to get a riser so I could use my remote, but who cares?

Cinema 400 Sound Bar

I bought this product in February of 2024 it's a good sound product I'm really enjoying it and getting the real effects from it.

I'm really digging though it ain't subwoofer

I love this sound bar I wish the remote was better than it is because it has to be pointing at the exact spot but besides that this thing sounds better than and home theater in a box I've ever heard. That's saying a lot because before the cinema 400 I hated sound bars. No I wouldn't replace my 7.1.4 Klipsch surround even with the cost being vastly different but that's because the cost gives you a different sound but these sound bars are by far nice enough that most people are not going to believe there new sound

Amazing

Solid soundbar, great sound. Not so great compatibility with Dolby Atmos TV. The muffled sound issue most people have reported, we fixed by disabling Dolby output from the TV. Not sure whose issue that is (TV or soundbar), but would love to actually be able to use the Dolby sound. Much more powerful, but comes with the muffled sound with the sub. Adjusting the TV to pass-through or stereo output fixes, but loses quality. No real fix from either manufacturer.

Easy to set up and the sound of the deep, rich bass makes watching television an absolute pleasure

It's all about that bass

Great for a clean sound with music only.   The range for using as a blue tooth speaker system is about 5 feet with nothing in the way to interfere with the signal.  Otherwise the speakers drop out. 

Have to turn off speakers when using with the TV even with night mode and voice enhancement on, cannot here dialog on TV without blasting the house out.  So have to use the TV speakers instead.

Great only as a blue tooth speaker, if you keep your phone close to it.

Good sound and loud little trick to set up and still having issues with remote crossing controls if Tv have to reprogram each time not fun

Good for the money

The 400 was nice. But I returned it after a couple days and got the 600. So much more robust sound.

Cinema 400 vs Cinema 600

The Cinema 400 is ideal for my living space. It has a deep sound, not tinny or thin sound.

Good Quality Sound

Huge fan of Klipsch, first time to own a soundbar. TV speakers needed help. Very pleased with the Cinema 400. Dialog is crisp and clear, subwoofer is way more than adequate. Simple setup, speakers and sub controlled separately with remote which is super convenient. Movies never sounded so good.

What an excellent sound and the subwoofer is sublime especially when watching movies. Like sitting in a movie theater but in my own home. It was cheaper then Bose and included the subwoofer where as Bose did not.

These are the best sounding soundbars but unfortunately they only last about a year then they are nothing but trash after that.Customer service is the worst ever ! all they do is basically tell you you to buy another one

Too many malfunctions

One glaring problem.  The volume down button on the remote hardly works.  I can hit it 10 times and the volume won't go down.  It only works about 10% of the time.  Extremely annoying. Also, when it turns on, the subwoofer volume is at the factory setting, you have to touch to adjust the volume (which means volume up with this remote) before it goes to level I've set it at.  Will be contacting customer service.
