I have only 2 zooms and this is 1 of them. I currently use all Canon DSLRS. The lens is extremely fast, sharp and renders a beautiful image file in RAW.

Excellent Sharp Zoom

good lens. I have only used it a few times. Once for a swim meet and once for a boys high school basketball game. It did not focus as fast as I needed during basketball but otherwise a good lens.

Good lens

I love love love this lens! My old one wasn't pulling sharp focus and the pictures were more like a soft focus. This lens replaced that one and is amazing! As a pro photographer I use this lens all the time so quality is utmost in my mind. Thank goodness I found a new one! Def buy it and use it all year round!

All around favorite

The EF Canon 24-60 2.8 Mk II lens is a very sharp lens with excellent contrast and is reasonably fast. I've tried the RF version but frankly dis not see enough improvement to justify a change. The In body stabilization in the R5 works wonders with this lens. I did have a Tamron 24-70 with stabilization before buying this Canon. For whatever reason, the Tamron's stabilization did not work properly for me on the R5. Also the Tamron had a different color balance compared to my other Canon lenses. If you have both DSLR bodies and R bodies like the R5 or R6, this is a superb all around lens.

The lens is an excellent workhorse, never disappointing. Clear crisp images. A dependable lens for the enthusiast or pro.

I am very happy with the product. I received a good lens. My only gripe is that it was dirty. Other than that, It was plug an play! I am very pleased, Thank you Adorama!

This lens is supposed to be brand new but it does not work. My wife has been trying for months thinking it's just settings but a professional has just said it's dysfunctional. Hoping to get money back

Canon 24-70 f2.8L III. A staple in any kit

Great everyday lens. I bought this to replace my original lens (Mark I) with this second generation version when a problem developed on the original lens after 20 years and thousands of shots. The second generation appears to be as sharp and a little bit lighter (which is nice).

What can you say about your favorite lens?  It was my favorite on my Canon 90d and now it is my favorite (with adapter) on my R7.

As per the title, I couldn't recommend a lens enough. I take a lot of portraits and sports photography shots, and needed a very diverse lens. I take almost all my pictures with this lens and while I wish this lens had a lower f-stop such as 1.4 or 1.8, I still love the ability to zoom while getting a good bokeh in my photos. Seriously such a good price and investment for such a diverse lens! literally my favorite in my gear collection!

Best lens

I've been using the EF 24-70mm f/2.8 II USM for about 18 months, paired with my full-frame 6D Mark II.  The lens takes wonderful shots, both portrait and scenic.  Wide aperture helps with low-light shooting.

Amazing Lens, Brought Out The Best of My Camera

This is the sharpest lens I have every owned. Expensive and heavy, but the best quality gear is expensive. DSLRs are all heavy because they have complicated mechanics. They are also large, but I have big hands and big DSLRs are easier for me to handle.

This lens sits right in the middle of the Holy Trinity of lenses. I never leave without it in my bag and it's surprisingly sharp at all zoom settings. I shoot a lot of live music and this lens is always on one of my bodies.

This is my go to workhorse lens for events and weddings.  Clear and sharp, it takes beautiful images.  I had the previous generation lens for over 15 years, and it was time to replace it.  I'm very happy with the new generation II lens.

This is a FANTASTIC all around lens! Perfect amount of zoom for the weight of it, which is pretty light:) I use mine with a RED Komodo and it is a perfect B-roll lens!
