This is the second item I ordered from Adorama within a short period. Adorama stood by its quality service at every point. The item arrived at the address well within the stipulated time. It is pleasing to find the item well packed, intact and on time. I am very happy and encouraged to further purchase at Adorama.

To start with the Product arrived 3 days later than I was promised it would.

Plugged it in to charge it prior to use and it charged for about 10 minutes and then stopped charging will not turn on. Very unhappy with the fact that it has died already.

SUPER SUPER UNHAPPY with Adorama's Customer support. I have 2 choices 1. Refund or 2 send it back then when they receive it back, they will send out a new one. Unfortunately, I am leaving on vacation prior to the time I would get the new one in. And even if I placed an order for a new one right now it would not arrive in time as they are now telling it will be 3-4 days before a new one would ship out and I leave it 4 days.  

Customer service is very bad at Adorama. This is not the first time I have run into this issue.

Received broken product Bad Product and customer service is VERY BAD

The grip is very handy to use and with the App you can almost forget your using a phone  The grip and App were apparently developed a few years back - the App has not been continually updated, which hurts total usability - I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max and the grip's App doesn't recognize all the iPhone 15 lenses...so you only have the option of one lens instead of 3.  The zoom lever is cool but don't waste your time with it as it only adds pixels - equaling fuzzy/poor resolution.  The price was fair at 49.95 - do not pay more for this grip!  It "is" a solid grip for confident use otherwise.

Handy but could be better

This grip definitely opens up more opportunities to take professional-style photos with the software. It allows you to access features of your phone's camera that are normally automatic and inaccessible. The grip is great-it's so muck easier to take photographs over a longer period because it's a more ergonomically correct. Zoom and menu features are available with one hand. Love this thing so far.
