Quality

Zagg has gone downhill with their customer service. I have used them for years, but their warranty system has recently changed. I have requested replacments, received the replacements, and then told there was no need to mail back the old one (no envelope included, etc) and now I can't receive a second replacement. All done, Zagg.

I ordered shields for 2 phones. 1 was correct shield, the other shipped incorrectly. They were responsive and did Re ship the correct item. My issue is that the "replacement" was sent as a "warranty" replacement meaning the guide that is sent with a new order was not shipped, requiring me to eyeball the set-up. Since I paid for a full kit, my expectation was that I was receive the full kit. When I inquired twice they let me know thats how they ship warranty replacements. This mishap may impact future orders.

The screen protector comes with a new shell that allows for super accurate installation so that it is guaranteed to not install crooked. Colors are retained and it provides a sense of ease with protecting my iPhone 14's screen.

I have had ZAGG screen protectors for all my phones ove the last 8 years at least. If I drop my phone, they replace, no questions asked. The screen protector is very easy to install - no air bubbles. I love this product and provider.
