I have used these several times having bought a pack of four. I have no complaints, they do the job at a reasonable speed. However, there is one very good point: They are a very tight fit in some USB sockets, notably the one on a friend's TV set. She lives in a care home and I recently put some music tracks on a Cruzer Blade, plugged it into the TV set with only slight difficulty mainly due to the position of the socket, and away it went! The User Interface is appalling, as is quite common on TV sets, but that is not SanDisk's fault. So one day I called in and the Cruzer Blade had disappeared. I reported it missing, the staff told me it had been found on the floor. I knew this could not possibly be true as these devices are such a tight fit that it could not have just 'fallen out', which was the explanation given. Indeed, one of the staff tried to pull it out of the TV socket and couldn't do it! I rested my case. The home does have a few light-fingered residents, possibly light-fingered cleaners, but the home don't accept this and if one complains too much one gets barred. So it is a good job they are sold at such a low price too.

This is small, light and fast. I've used SanDisk products for years and found them to be very reliable and consistent.

Used to transfer data to 3d printers. The plug is made of ultra thin plastic that has broken on each one of these I own. I have ordered others that have a better construction

These things are almost disposable nowadays. Give files to clients on them and never get them back...so many people can not read dvd's or cd's on their pc's anymore...

This works great as a small giveaway flash stick when someone inevitably leaves one at home or otherwise doesn't have one. I keep half a dozen or so around at all times.

I can't stand retractable thumb drives. They always push back into the housing when inserting them into the USB slot. Don't buy these if you plan on letting them bounce around in a dirty backpack or anything, but they are sturdy, consistent and reasonably fast. And CHEAP! I buy these for high school students, so I have purchased probably close to 700 of these, and to the best of my knowledge, I have never seen one that has failed. That's pretty good odds!

I used this 16GB Sandisk Cruzer Blade Flash Drive to create a system recovery disk. for my new computer. Since I will be using this close to never, I figured the 2.0 version would be fine. And it was. If I was using this more often,I would opt. for the 3.0, which would be quicker. It is a great price, size and value. I would recommend this for storage.
