I bought three of the 256 GB drives. I've been buying SanDisk for many years very reliable. How about three of these to use with my blink security cameras that way I always have one to swap out. VERY SMALL SIGNATURE. These seem to be working very well with my equipment. Thank you SanDisk and Adorama for adding to my collection.

Hard to believe this has so much storage in such a small package. Works well, though. I use as secondary backup for long-term storage.

this usb is the worst in the history of usbs. its made of the cheapest plastic. it looks like a fake chinese usb you can buy on ali express. the older version was made of steel and looked really good. its sad to see what sandisk are doing from their famous brand.

I bought the *previous version* of the Ultra Fit around 2016, and it started off pretty great - usually full USB 3.0 speeds for read, and a decent ~40 MB/s write. Not bad for the deal I got on the drive back then. Then, once I started putting more than 5GB of files on it (years later), its issues started showing up. Drive got very hot, and often ejected itself (Windows would do the unplug and replug sound). Move it to a USB 2.0 port, and the issues were gone, but you'd rarely beat 20MB/s writes. Now (of course after the warranty period), but after having written less than a terabyte or 2 on the drive, the drive is dying. With use on USB3 making errors and/or ejecting itself, I can only use it on USB2, but it now writes at ~6 MB/s, and I wouldn't be surprised if it makes a bunch of errors only if I had the patience to fill the whole drive. But I don't. Great look, it was on my keychain for years and I didn't even loose the cap, but alas, the design is clearly heavily flawed, and these small drives just can't cool themselves fast enough. At least, not the SanDisk ones. I would have recommended it as a USB 2 drive, but even so, it seems like it can't even handle more than a dozen overwrites, which is woefully low for any flash tech (and this must have been TLC or better). That, or the heat killed it.

Specifically in a USB 2.0 port, but STILL. This is supposed to be USB v3.1, not 1.1 - which literally makes it two steps back. This is why I will no longer buy anything SanDisk, if they allow this to hit the market and CONTINUE to sell it right here on the SanDisk site.

This one also holds stuff. Being plastic it is a little fragile, but its very small so can be left in a laptop easily during travel.

Got as a free gift on black Friday order. Came in a damaged envelope and product was missing. Called customer service every day for almost 2 weeks fighting with them for an RMA on the other item and to get my missing product. Other item came separate and damaged. This missing item finally came in a day ago but the Christmas present item is still mia. Customer service is freaking horrible and hard to understand in "California" or really India but they flat out lie about this.

Works seamlessly. Using as a temporary workspace for Lightroom until the new M1X MacBook Pros come out. Not as fast as the SSD, but fast enough & great bang-for-the-buck.

I'm really disappointed with this drive. The price is good for a drive of this size and the small physical size is nice. Having revealed the pros now the major con - this drive is way too slow for a 256GB drive. I have two USB 3.1 ports and two USB 3 ports on my PC. No matter which port I use the results are the same - 40MB/s read and 24MB/s write. The specs say up to 130MB/a read and anything over 100MB/s would work for me. I've been buying SanDisk products for the better part of twenty years and this is the first product of their that I haven't been happy with.

I used it to download Windows 10 media for another computer. I don't have anything for comparison on the time--it took all day to download, then all day to install. Maybe that's normal? Seems that 3.1 ought to be fast. I guess there's some advantage to small size, but the item is very small, and great care will be needed to not lose it.

As intended, seamless without issue. It doesn’t matter if you format or not format upon the first use. And since it is small, you can leave it on. Would get the bigger capacity if it’s available.

Doesn't stick out in the way. I have purchased many Sandisk products over the years - I've never had any problems with their fine products. Fast transfer rate-performs as described. Peace of mind-Top of the line.
