Foresight in Engineering

Toner Cartridge
I have used these cartridges for years. They are very easy to install and recycle. My only complaint is the cost because I end up having to replace them all at the same time.

Package arrived wet & damaged
I ordered 5 toners. This one arrived with the box wet and opened. The cartridge does not appear to be damaged - tried to do a chat to see if I should return--it's all automated :(
Hopefully someone will reach out from this forum with further instructions.

Cartridges are too expensive
My Laserjet printer and cartridges work fine but I don't understand why I ran out of magenta even though I had set all prints to default to black ink in order to save colour toner. I gave the spent cartridge a good shake and some of the powder leaked out so I suspect it wasn't actually empty. The cartridges are very expensive. I have to research alternate printers and cartridges.

Pretty Fast!
Laser Jet cartridge was packed and protected very well - packing and shipping was a little slow. Kudos to HP for providing prepaid UPS labels for sending the old cartridge back for recycling - I would offer that is a great start, but for UPS to be expecting me to pay $13.60 for a pick up is ridiculous.

Great Product
I replaced off-brand ink cartridges for my HP Laserjet with actual HP cartridges. The difference was immediately noticeable. My paper printouts were streaky and dirty. Since my kids and my wife also use my printer, I was hearing a lot of complaints from them also. I replaced one cartridge and instantly saw a change in quality. I then replaced them all and I went from thinking I needed a new printer to no problems whatsoever. I'm sticking with HP ink going forward.
