I haven't installed this one yet, but I've been using these 15X cart's for years with great performance - as long as I purchase them directly from you. I have had problems with apparently-identical 15X's from other suppliers. I am a little concerned that this one came FedEx without any external padding or shipping box over the cartridge's factory container. It has obviously been crushed enough to crack some of the corrugated cardboard. I hope the cartridge itself is OK when I am ready to install it.

I love my laser printer LJ1020. Finally had to buy a new cartridge on behalf of my elderly father. Unfortunately the HP website gave the wrong information this the wrong cartridge shipped. Not tech savvy he opened it. No return here!

Working in lower budget film production for many films, I became accustomed to having a limited amount to spend on printers and supplies. After my first time with the hp laser jet I was so in love I bought one for myself. Like me - it is a workhorse with a reasonably sized footprint.

My old (going on ancient) HP printer worked very well with the original, non-high-yield cartridge, and it works equally well with this one. I use my printer for manuscript and other needed paperwork. This cartridge has a long life and excellent print quality. I'll use it as long as my printer lives.

This product is used in a home/office environment. I have found that the HP cartridges deliver very good print quality and consistent performance. Over decades of use, I have never had a cartridge failure. I generally do not achieve the rated page counts, possibly due to a higher page coverage density. While I have not specifically tracked price, it seems to me that there has been a significant price increase over tha past few years.

I thought of updating the HP 1200 printer, but it still works fine and the toner seems to last for and print well almost forever. A great old printer and the toner cartridge still delivers!

I used a generic cartridge instead of the original the last time it needed to be replaced. The generic cartridge split and leaked toner throughout the machine. I had to have my copier cleaned at a local repair shop. The extra cost for original replacement is well worth it in the long run.
