Easy order but protective packaging should be better!
Easy to order and came in mail two days later. My only concern was packaging could have bey sturdier. Inside my boxed HP cartridge was partially crushed. Fortunately, the actual cartridge was in damaged. Maybe put bubble wrap around it?

Don't order from HP
Ink is ink. The ink is fine. Ordering from HP is a BIG mistake. Delivery took forever and ultimately came through USPS which is a huge mistake. The enevelopes the ink was in were damaged and the ink packages crushed and opened.

Terrible product, Horrible customer service
The black doesn't print. I called customer service and was transferred several times with no resolution. The refuse to replace the product. Terrible customer service. I will never use HP again.

Defective Cartridge
I received a defective cartridge. I called last Friday and are sending out a new cartridge. Still waiting. Probably a USPS problem.

Incomplete order.
I would be happy IF YOU ENCLOSED ALL TONERS FOR MY HP 7520 PRINTER.

First I talked to someone in the ink department and they said that they didn't make it anymore. He switch me to the service desk and the guy was good he help me, but first he sent me the wrong one and I called back he sent the right one also he refunded my mony.

HP 564xl cartridges are great!
I feel confident in purchasing authentic HP brand inks for our two old HP Deskjet 3520 printers. It's nice having the same cartridge for both printers. I feel we get the most for our money with the 564xl inks cartridges and possibly the newer printers cost more to print with.
