This printer is a little noisier than my previous 4050N but still performs nicely. Setup was quick and easy. Prints very fast.

Easy ordering from the HP Web Site. Easy delivery. Easy set-up. Easy for my staff to use. I can only hope these machines will last us as long as our 4000 machines.

This new printer is a great replacement for our 4200N. It operates effortlessly, allows us to save toner by using econo mode and is very fast. We also print on the backside of paper often for interoffice paperwork and it handles that without jamming. The only downside I see is it is a little noisy on start-up.

JUST GOT THIS PRINTER TODAY. HOOKED UP AS NETWORK PRINTER. WE ARE USING COMPUTERS FROM XP TO WINDOWS 7 AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM HOOKING UP THIS UNIT. IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES 5 COMPUTERS AND A SERVER WERE INSTALLED AND OPERATING. I WAS A LITTLE SCARED WITH SOME OF THE REVIEWS BUT IT WAS GREAT AND THE QUALITY OF THE PRINT IS GREAT. WE WILL WAIT TO SEE IF IT JAMS OR NOT. BUT SO FAR I AM VERY PLEASED.

Through out my career, HP printers have always been the workhorse in the office. My office has the following HP printers: 1-HP 8500, 1-HP 8600, 3-HP 4050, 4-HP 2035. I started looking at replacing the 4050s (they are great workhorses) due to age & speed. Had my IT guy review my options on HP printers and he felt the HP 3015 would be the replacement for them. I purchased one thru Staples probably six months ago with a warranty. My IT guy installed and reinstalled the drivers numerous times. After several months of this, I contacted the warranty group from Staples which later forwarded me to HP because it was/is still under factory warranty......the techs have had us reinstall drivers, firmware.....nothing got the performance the printer should have (one page, processed & then printed and repeating for each of the 30+ pages). This is not acceptable, it is horrible productivity. We received a replacement printer and this one jammed as well as still printing at the same pace. I have now sent two requests to the tech rep in Costa Rico requesting a refund on my printer & the 55X cartridge I purchased.....I still need a printer that will printer in monochrome, at 30-40+ppm and will be a high output printer(500 sheet tray) and workhorse.

HP, what happened to the quality of your products? Upgraded from HP 2100 to P3015. Worked great for first 13 months. Had a "jam error" message, but no jam, requiring 2 visits to the authorized dealer/repair shop. $268 later, it's finally working again. No reason to believe it will be the work horse the 2100 was, and certainly not as good as the 15 year old HPLJ 4P that is still in use. Not worth the $450 cost! Very disappointed.

We need a heavy-duty simple Laser Printer without Bells and Whistles for printing of reports. I like the speed and quality along with the 500 sheet paper tray. This printer has raves from everyone in the office. I have had NO problems with this printer. I wish I had purchased it long before now.

We bought this printer to replace a P3005 that worked great for years. Unfortunately, this P3015 constantly jams and we are looking for a replacement.

We purchased three of 3015n for individual partner offices and they have worked extremely well. We have had no problems with print drivers and are considering purchasing additional 3015n for other offices and departments.

We purchased this printer for an office use. Even for five users, it does a very poor job. When you send a print job to the printer and walk across the room to pick up the one page you print, the printer is still processing the job. I would not waste my money on this printer, I would suggest getting something in the 4000 series. I have purchased over 200 HP Laserjet and Deskjet printers. I have always been happy with the 4000 series. The 2000 and 3000 series have been very disappointing.

This printer comes with a disc of drivers that you might as well throw away. Download new drivers from HP and update the printer firmware. Even after doing this, the printer will give false jams that require opening and closing doors that have nothing to do with the false jam before it will continue..

I have four of these printers installed in classrooms. They are used very heavily. They have performed great and have had no issues with them . They have been in use for about 3 months now and average about 5000 pages a week. It is a good buy.

We are running two of the P3015n's shared off of a Win7 machine. The drivers are absolutely terrible. The computer frequently loses the printer ID and we need to unplug, replug, and then delete and re-add the device in Windows. The printer is nothing special and for the price is quite expensive. If you are looking at this, go ahead and get the P3015nd.
