Leaking toner

I have had my HP 3800 printer for a few years and the last Magenta cartridge I bought is leaking toner all over the inside of my printer. I installed it a year ago and have about 50% toner left. All my color prints are coming out on pink paper. I buy direct from HP at a higher price to get what I thought was the highest quality.

to relpace previous

i order this very expensive one to replace the previous magenta cartridge which never worked correctly. the rating is for the previous cartride. i sent in a complaint and have not heard back
