It's a plastic cup with markings from 10ml to 100 in increments of 10

It is much shorter than it appears in the photo. It is very short and wide, which might be helpful in some circunstances, but I found it hard to make accurate measurements.

Does not look like the photo. Is not a graduate. Does have marks but they are hard to read. No oz marks at all. They should have more sense than to pass this off for photographic use.

This graduate does not give enough intermediate measurements to be of any use. I was expecting a small graduate that gave smaller increments in Mililiters for the more critical measurement of chemicals. I would suggest buying a micro syringe instead of this if you need to measure more precise amounts.
