I am going with a 3 star rating as of right now, hoping to have a positive update very soon. I ordered 5 of these frames to display some of my photography work on my living room wall. Order was placed on March 18 and they arrived on the 24th. Wasn't much interested in wooden or colored frames, just wanted something simple. These are awesome. HOWEVER, 3 of the frames were shattered! BOO! So as I write this review, I am going to see how good the customer service dept. will be on sending replacement frames out to me. Will it be a hassle? Or will it be No problem. These frames really are nice for the price, and I feel Adorama packaged them well enough. How UPS handles boxes, is another story. I worked for them for 20 years. So I will just leave that comment sit right there. Hoping Adorama will replace quickly. We shall see.
