one year before i bought it the red one to my daughter and i liked too much very durable, and this august i bought the blue one for my son, and i am very disappointedhe because he used it only for two months and the handle already broke, even the material is different.

With such a hefty price tag, I was expecting this bag to be durable. My son came home crying on his first day using this bag for school because there was a hole in it on the front bottom corner. When on the roller, the bag sits low and can easily be scuffed against the ground. There should either be more room given between the bag and the ground or some kind of reinforcement on the corners. My son now has a $70 bag with a bunch of ugly duct tape on it and is beyond crushed.

seems like high quality and many front pockets. I do wish there was a padded lap top slot and, ideally, taller water bottle holder (and an extra water bottle holder on the other sid). Overall, it works great and a great value for the price

Today is the second day of my chold using this backpack and the handle to roll the backpack is broken. It came apart completely and now i have to ducktape it . being able to roll the bag is the sole reason for purchase. I am vvery dissatsfied and annoyed.

I love backpacks and now to have one with wheels that can be utilized for travel, work, or play is great. It holds everything I need for whatever occasion.

The one that we received didn?t have a handle locking point halfway up so it was too tall for my 6 year old boy. I think it was defective because it felt like it wanted to lock but then would slip. I ended up returning it.

Safety first! This backpack was essential after rotator cuff surgery; my sister suggested it. I love the way it looks come all the way it handles coma and how much I can put in it. The only thing missing possibly would be another compartment on the inside of the large space.

Great quality. Only thing we wish were different that there were two different height levels of pulling. Currently our elementary aged son is using it and it's a bit tall for him. Lol

Good size and functional in theory but it's not very durable. The tow bar broke and we've only had this bag for a few weeks.

It has two locking systems, high and low. I assumed that it?s supposed to be locked at low position, but it didn?t. I?m not sure it?s only for me. I just returned it and am trying to buy other model.

Zippers open way too easily on their own and will dump out belongings when there's any weight in the bag, like a Chromebook. I've never had this happen before with High Sierra backpacks.
