Shopper : How can I connect to laptop?MICHAEL P : If I remember correctly, Canon didn't include a standard connection cord. Fortunately, I had an old one from a previous printer. Plugs into the back of the printer and then to your laptop. Adorama has them, as does any electronics store (or thrift shops). Good luck. Shopper : Have you had any problems with this printer? Can you use re-filled ink cartridges, or do you have to buy new?SHIRLEY A : I can't tell you about ink cartridges because this printer HAS NEVER WORKED!!!!!! It only prints the first part of page 1, and I see online that this is not an uncommon problem. I have been in touch with Canon, but have not heard back. Next, I am going to Adorama.PETER R : No problems at all. I only use genuine cartridges now as I have had bad experiences with re-fills on other printers. Just my experience...WILLIAM H : Sure, you can use refilled ink cartridges, but have not yet used them on the PIXMA. I have tried them on an HP printer and the print quality was not very good. Bill
Shopper : Hoe do i get a replacement disc to setup equipment into a computer?PETER F : Customer Service of manufacturer should help.CHRISTIAN P : You don't need a replacement disc. You can download the relevant software from the Canon website.MICHAEL P : Go to Canon's web site, select MX320, and then select the computer you are using, in the software support and drivers section. Download and you're set.

Easy to set up

The printer was easy to set up and get going, have not had it long enough to comment on the other aspects such as ink use and that sort of thing.

Great printer at a great price

For an all in one printer it is compact. I chose Cannon mainly because the print cartridges were the cheapest I could find but Cannon is always a quality product and I am very please with this unit
