Dalia E : How may pictures will it hold at 4288 X 2848?DAVID D : I use 2 Lexar 16GB card in my Nikon D7000. I took a trip to Texas for 2 weeks and shot about 700 JPEG files in fine and large format did not fill one card.BRANDON B : It's hard to say because it depends on the quality (compression) setting in your camera and the content of each picture. If you know how big (in MB) the 4288x2848 files are (on average) then you can take 16000 and divide it by how big each picture is to come up with a total. I've used this card for awhile with my T2i and it works great (I actually have magic lantern firmware on this one).DUNG V : The 4288X2848 picture is 69.9 MB.
Therefore, the 16 GB SDHC card will hold approx. 228 of them.Sebastian T : I take JEPEG and RAW,I was able to take about 1200.

If you shoot RAW it can be much less.EDWARD S : Over 2500 super high quality images (2 to 1 compression), or over 5000 high quality images (4 to 1 compression).LOUISA L : I use this card with a 10.2 megapixel camera and shoot in raw + jpeg (fine) and it will hold around 550 pictures. When I use Raw alone it will hold 586. Depending on your camera it may hold more or less then this.

Always reliable
Lexar and Sandisk have been my only SD and CF cards for as long as I have been in digital photography (6 years). When traveling, I sometimes take 5000+ photos in a 2 week trip with my multiple E-series Olympus SLRs. My lexar cards have never failed me including on mountain trips in below freezing temperatures.

Fast SD card
I use the SD in my GoPro960 video camera. It's good for 4hrs @ the highest res. No problems w/ this class 6 SD card. Now I need a 32GB so I can get up to 8hrs.

Great Card!
I take pictures using normal settings and the card holds about 1,900 images. I purchased 2 so I did not have to carry my lap top on vacation. This system worked great for me.

Great for my Digital Camera Samsung NX10
This memory card is great for taking many pictures, and why not take as many as you can with a card like this? I set my camera to take 3/4 pictures per second, so that I am sure to get that "perfect" shot. With this card, I can do that and not worry about changing memory. Its great for me. However, I have to connect my camera to the pc to transfer my pictures, all of my memory card readers couldn't transfer the anything off of the card, I'm assuming its because of the amount of memory held on the card.

Lexar 16 GB memory card

Really fast in digital camera.
This was a Daily Deal on [@]. The size and price made the sale, but using it sold me. The camera recycled faster and allowed me to capture moving shots that other chips couldn't keep up with. Not only can I get more shots on my Nikon D5000, but I can get better action shots that I would have missed before. Thanks for the "deal."

Quality pays
Don't buy anything this important from anyone but a trusted seller like Adorama. I have heard to many horror stories about cheap knockoffs being hoisted on line. By where you can trust.

captures HD video well
Used card in a Go Pro Hero camera and my only complaint is that I didn't get a larger one. Records HD video with no porblems and downloads on my laptop quickly. A goood price for the size of card.

I bought 4 >>> 16 Gig bite, thay are to be used in my Pentax K5. I take alot of pictures when I'm out. Like today over 300 pic's They are worth the money!!!
