The adapter seems well made and durable. It takes two hands to make any tilt, shift or rotation adjustments and therefore requires some practice. The adapter will rotate 360 degrees around the camera mount to allow shifting and tilting in any orientation. However, the tilt and shift orientation are fixed at a 90 degree orientation and will not permit tilting and shifting in the same orientation. For example you can shift up to correct vertical perspective but can only tilt left or right to control depth of field. I consider this to be more oriented to architectural mode rather than a landscape mode where you would tend to want to shift and tilt in the same orientation. Of course, this limitation would exist if you are trying to tilt and shift simultaneously only. Doing only a tilt or only a shift can be done in any orientation thanks to the 360 degree rotation from the camera mount. Kipon offers tilt only as well as shift only adapters but this one is more versatile since it can do both which is much nicer. I haven't noticed any vignetting using full frame Nikon lenses to a Fuji x camera. The adapter did not come with any caps at all so if you want them you'll need to add them to your order. Since the adapter does not have any electronic connections, I didn't feel this was all that important. It also did not come with any instructions and therefore takes a bit of trial and error to figure out how it works with the several control levers it contains. I gave it 4 stars for the lack of instructions and cap. Other than that, it works great subject to the tilt and shift orientation limitations.

This provides Tilt-Shift capability to my Fuji XT-1 using my old Nikon 24mm AFD film lens. The tilt function has a nice smooth action with enough friction to allow fairly fine adjustments. I have not really used the shift function yet, but it also seems well implemented. The 360 degree rotation is also very useful. I expect to be enjoying this for a long time. The item arrived a day before promised, and was is good condition.

I have tried it with my 24mm 2.8 ai nikkor and my 58mm 2.8 micro nikkor. Infinity focus is a bit long but having swing and tilt is super for macro and architecture where auto focus is actually a detriment. Build quality is excellent.
