Janett G : Prompted to replace Cyan toner, replace and it still shows empty and needs to be replaced. What could the problem be?ROBERT T : The 4750DN printer comes with a set of starter (lower capacity) toner cartridges which do not have a computer chip attached. When a new toner cartridge is installed the attached chip tells the printer to reset the toner level to full and estimated pages remaining. If you replaced the cartridge and the toner level was not reset, the chip is either malfunctioning or is missing. If this is an official cartridge from Konica Minolta, contact their customer support for assistance. If you purchased a remanufactured or refilled cartridge from a 3rd party on ebay, etc. contact the seller to see about troubleshooting or getting a replacement.HENRY J : Assuming you are installing a new (full) manufacturer's cartridge: Gently shake before installing Remove the film from the right side of the cartridge Install the cartridge, pressing firmly in place * Compare with the other colors, * You may need to try several times to get it all the way in. Move lever to right to latch Remove filmT J D : I'm sorry but I don't know the answer to this problem.

It usually comes with cartridges already installed. Mine came this way, anyway. Hope that helps a little!NEIL N : When we purchased our Minalta Magicolor 4750DN it came with all 4 cartridges, manuals and DVDJOHN M : I purchased a new product which contained manuals & cartridges - My problem has been toner - Toner is costly & have tried finding generic & even toner kits which are very hard to find - This is great product & makes excellent copies, just costly - Seems to have been developed for the European market were supplies are plentiful & less costly....

One Superb Printer

Problem Free Printing

Own my own gift shop. Started printing my own advertisement instead of printing at [@]. The Magicolor 4750dn is saving me alot of money by doing in house double sided printing. I cant believe how fast it can print both sides. 3 months now and not one paper jam!

.Color Duplex network printer

This printer is great - warms fast and duplex printing is a paper saver. The printer is pretty loud but not too bad. The printer is a pain to get going but once done it will not disappoint. I would purchase this again
