The Delkin Fat Gecko Triple Mount is designed to hold DSLRs and camcorders up to 8 lbs. The mount combines a Fat Gecko Original with a Fat Gecko Mini mount and a slide and lock design ensures secure attachment between the two mounts. By combining the two into one mount, Delkin has created a sturdy mount that affords three industrial locking suction cups for increased stability. Plus, the suction cups can adjust to the contours of your smooth, non-porous shooting surface. The mount locks into place and features six adjustable points, which ensures you'll get the mount set to the perfect angle for every shot. The mount also features a standard 1/4"-20 tripod head for universal compatibility. A rubber washer and tightening knob provide added vibration dampening as well.

This device, Delkin Devices Fat Gecko Triple Suction Mount was in my list to acquire for a very long time. I have a friend who uses the Dual suction unit.
When I saw that Adorama offering is at a hefty discount, I jumped in. Already tested with a GoPro, Canon Point and shoot and finally a Canon 7d with Canon 17-40MM f/4 lens attached. 
The device performed perfectly, each time.Only advise is keep the unit clean from dust etc, especially the suction pads and anyone who purchase this wold be a happy being.

I bought this tripod for taking moving car photos at night. It worked exactly as I hoped it would. The suction cups, when properly applied, are incredibly secure. My shots were taken with a Canon 7D and a wide angle lens which was under the weight limit. Also, I was driving at 30 mph. Excellent gear for special effects.
