This is not the best TV on the face of the earth. However, for the money you likely won't find better. It has the same glare problem that all plasma TV's have, but the picture quality is great, the inputs are sufficient for most users and the sound is excellent as well. I generally use this TV connected to a PS3 for video games and movies. The HDMI quality is excellent. No artifacts or blur. I can't comment on the picture quality (ie: color, brightness, etc.) but for the casual user it is fantastic.

I like this Tv very much. Good remote, easy to set up. Glare is not a big problem in my room. Very sharp and clean picture.

This is awesome for video games, I used to play on a 50" dlp, the dynamic contrast ratio on this does an amazing job of helping you see things you wouldn't normally see. TV viewing leaves a little to be desired as there is a little motion blur. Great Great TV for the price!!!!

I've always been lcd guy. This plasma is stunning. Vivid colors and super contrast. So smooth I can see the pores on peoples faces. Always had success with LG. A steal at this price.

We use this in a house with about 10 people as the main living room TV. It is great, with exceptional picture quality and decent sound, but has the problem of strong reflections in the screen due to the glossy coating. While this is not noticeable during night or if the windows are covered, it makes it hard to view in the day. Still a great TV, however.

TV has a nice clean picture with bright colors. Disappointed that there were no S-Video inputs at all. Good value overall though.

It could use more connections. Needs a controled light enviroment because of glare. Great first plasma. Find a chart for TV size that uses min. & max.vewing distance. If it doesn't it's not for HD TVs. Ref. for glare above: this is typical for plasma TVs.If your room is bright I suggest an LCD. I use an antenna and N3tflix.It is a great combo for $10 per month. I wish it had an on screen channel guide like my convertor box has for my old TV. Get bigger than you think you need. The biggest complaint I've seen is the TV is not big enough.

Very attractive Plasma. We purchased this for my sons bedroom and are very pleased with the looks and ease of use.My son games with an xbox360 and it looks absolutely amazing, better than our Samsung LCD in our living room. You would be very pleased with this purchase. Highly recomend.

I have a 32 inch LCD Flat Screen TV and the Plasma has clearly outdone the LCD, there is no glare from side and below view's and it took me less than 5 minutes to set it up. The picture seems to jump right out and my wife and kids were able to tell the differnce between the two TV's instantly. Whenever you plug a new device into the TV it prompts you right then and there to click on it, which is rather nice. So instead of plugging in a new device then clicking through input it pulls it up automaticlly. As for the last person who said it worked for only one day then it broke, well that seems suspect and more than likely it was dropped.

For a lot of us, we're still watching standard definition content in addition to digital HD content either over the air or through cable. This television's lower HD resolution still looks great viewing standard definition content in addition to rivaling some of the best sets with HD content picture quality. Since most of the new LCD HDTV's run at 60hz, 600hz makes moving images very fluid on this plasma TV. It also doesn't seem as sensitive to burn-in as older plasmas may have been. This is probably the best bang for your buck in terms of everyday viewing and movie watching. There's a lack of connectors in the back (which will be supplemented when we purchase a blu-ray dvd player) and the remote isn't that hot, but you get some of the best picture quality for far and away cheaper than almost anything out there.

Bought this tv, and it broke the second day. Picture wouldn't show [...] Make serveral phone calls to LG and it takes days for them to send in a technician to get it fixed...
