I wanted a bag that would accommodate my small Nikon D40 with an extra lens plus my IPad and this bag meets my needs. There are times when I do not wish to carry my larger DLSR cameras and larger bag.

Absolutely perfect for my needs. Easily carries my Nikon D 40, two lenses, and IPad. I wanted a bag that will easily carry a small, lightweight camera, an extra lens and my IPad, and this bag is ideal.

In theory this is a nice bag for photojournalism. DSLR with standard zoom, strobe / flash, some cables and the laptop. The deal breaker is that the strap is really prone to twisting up. It is ribbed along its length and it seems impossible to keep it flat and straight. More over the strap pad is not removable, so it can not be centered if the strap is made shorter. If you can get over these issues it is a nice back with nice padding, nice way to organize stuff. But my Apple Macbook Air 13" fits lengthwise, but without any extra padding or case. The pockets on the side are nice, yet it could have more pockets. The strap did it for me

This is a great bag. It fits everything I need in a well laid out manner. There could be some more pockets added for extra stuff. There's one issue I have. You can fit a 13" Macbook Pro inside. However, you have to remove the case if you have one. Otherwise the laptop won't fit. Other than that it's a decent messenger bag. I haven't had it for too long but it seems like it will last a while.

I use it to take my 5D Mark III, two big lenses (24-70mm f2.8L, 70-200mm f4.0L) and my flash 580EX II. Plenty room for extra batteries, lens filters, memory cards, cellphone, etc.
