Not everything needs to be black! This case allowed for holding the Nikon D810 with the 28 to 300 mm VR 3.5 to 5.6 zoom attached and 50mm lens in area below the main upper area. Memory cards and spare battery in lid. The SB-600 or SB-800 w/ diffuser (outside pouch) and SC-28 cable plus some small accessories. If modular lens cases are strapped to the sides, two additional lens could be used, too. Used another strap which had better shoulder pad but one provided was not a bad starter. Would buy or recommend this one again. Hope the construction is good and it will last - Ron

I am a small person and the light weight and a perfect fit of my digital rebel T2i with the new Canon 100 - 400L IS lens makes this a winner. I also bought the Tamron front harness and it works with this bag as well. I can have my camera and lens ready to shoot immediately. Also the weight of the rig is well balanced and close to my body. I plan to use this for a Safari in Africa next month

I bought this to carry just my camera and an extra battery to my grqndson's sporting events so I did not have to carry my larger Lowepro backpack. I found that it fit my Canon T3i with a Tamron 18-270mm telephoto lens with hood attached without difficulty. Once I positioned the divider at the bottom part of the bag, it easily accommodated the camera, as I mentioned above. There is a small pocket on the inside flap for extra memory cards & a spare battery, and there's a larger pocket on the front of the bag that fit my trusty Canon User manual, a gallon size ziplock Baggie, and car keys/money/cell phone. It's perfect for those short sporting events when my larger bag might not fit so well when you're squashed into bleachers. If I want to carry camera, extra lens, battery & charger, flash, shutter remote, cable to transfer pictures, iPad mini, memory cards and some stuff I'd put in a purse or small overnite bag, then I very obviously take a larger backpack, but for quick excursions where a small light bag will work, I find this little bag does the trick. Oh yes, the price was too hard to pass up because it is a discontinued color, so that also had a little influence on my decision. I received it in less time than originally projected so that too was nice.

I bought this to compliment a smaller, but similar, Lowepro bag. It makes it easy to carry a second camera and still offers it protection from the elements.

Perfect Grab and Go for a DSLR and Zoom

The Lowepro Toploader Zoom 55 AW is a holster-type bag designed to carry a digital SLR camera with attached lens (up to 80-400mm f/4.5). It is made of 600 denier Dobby polyester with a fully padded and lined interior. The bag has a horizontal divider to separate an extra lens or accessory. There is an easy-access lid that opens away from the body and provides full access to gear. The bag has an Inside zippered pocket with memory card storage that provides space for 2 extra memory cards, filter or accessories.
Built-in All Weather AW Cover protects camera gear and personal items from rain, dust and sand and neatly tucks away when not in use. The bag is carried by a padded handle, removable, adjustable shoulder strap or a belt loop. The optional Lowepro Topload Chest Harness will work with this holster bag.
