En general muy buena.
Muy fácil de usar. Increíblemente veloz de armar. no es tan ligero como aparenta y mucho menos con dos flashes, sin embargo tiene mucha más movilidad que otras cajas. Una luz suave, difusa y agradable. Tiene una factura robusta y durable, al parecer.

Best/Quickest Way to enhance OCF!
Typically, I don't bother with OCF because of the size and hassle to transport and set up. Now, with the Magbox, I can quickly and easily set up soft light in moments without stress or looking like a idiot in from of my clients!

Extremely Portable and Easy to Use!
I absolutely love my Magbox! With the current situation I have to do all outdoor photoshoots, including newborns sessions. Bringing this outdoors is extremely easy and it allows me to be more time efficient.

How did I ever live without this?! The best! Beautiful light, sturdy and super quick to assemble. Seriously the best. I love all of my other magmod products but the mag box kit is my new favorite.

Great design...a little heavier than I was expecting
I could not believe how easy this was to set up. It works great with my godox flashes and mag grips. It is much heavier than a normal octobox. It's a little misleading that somebody can hold it on a monopod for an entire session. Besides that, I think I'll really enjoy it.

Plastic parts are not durable!
Plastic parts are not good. I've had breakage on several of the Magmod plastic parts over a short period of time. I love the idea of the system, but for the amount of money spent the plastic parts should not break. Magmod does not sell the replacement parts so I've had to purchase the entire unit of each piece and that is very annoying as well as expensive. I am looking for a different but similar system that is more durable.

Versatility for sure
I have several larger light boxes but these are too cumbersome to take down and used remote ad-hoc. The OCTA works well in studio and then can be packed up and taken remote easily. The use of adapters for lighting with magnets makes the versatility literally "a snap". Its easy and simple.

MagBox 24" Octa Starter Kit
Love it! I interned this summer with a wedding photographer who used this, so I HAD to go and get it for my own business. I am very excited to use the kit for my future weddings that I photograph.

I love it, love it, love it. I had purchased the Parabolic Umbrella just before purchasing the MagBox. After opening the MagBox and using it, I sent the Parabolic Umbrella back as it takes way to long to set up. The MagBox is just perfect for all of my needs. So happy with it that I bought a second one. Thanks MagMod for the versatility and ease of use with MagBox.

great innovative product
I know this product will be just what I need for a "more creative lighting" on my on location high school sports individual images. Most important...easy setup and tear down so I can run to the next job as quickly as possible...the players are waiting to give me money, I'm being a little humorous while telling the whole story.

I'm not a soft box kinda guy, but this thing has turned me into one.
I used to be not much of a soft box user, but this thing is so easy to set up and use that I am constantly blown away. It has become one of my most used lighting accessories.

Awesome product, worth it!
Took me a while to really want to spend that little bit extra money but I love to invest in quality items and keep them, rather than buy cheap and buy multiple because they break easy. I am clumsy when it comes to normal umbrellas let alone a photography umbrella so this works perfect for me. I’ve done weeks of research on this product and I just can’t find fault. Definitely worth the money! And Adorama shipped it to me super fast!!

I was always intrigued by the magmod system. I'm glad I finally took the plunge and I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. It's portable easy to set up and great light spread. Very easy and convenient if you're using multiple lights and one softbox.

Just buy the thing
I’ve had several soft boxes in my lifetime, they all do the job but after having the MagMod system for a couple years, I knew it was time to get the box. It’s so easy to use and setup, all while producing great light. It is a little heavy compared to others I’ve used at this size but that is a non-issue. It is definitely high quality, I am so glad I finally bought it.

IT'S Terrible if you need to use it anywhere but a studio and they didn't take it back.
I was so excited and it seemed like it was taking forever to get it but I FINALLY got it!
It's HUGE, the softbox is FAT like even when compacted down it's still 10-11in wide. I usually leave my softboxes attached to my lightstands so I can just pull off the cover and pop them open...Not this. It's even wider than 3 of my stands and my westcott 36" rapid box (unopened) attached with a S bracket.
Then whats worse is in order to put the softbox away in the bag...you have to break it down entirely. I can't keep the magring attached to the back and I can't keep the diffusion material attached in the front?? seriously I yeah it's fast and simple except you have to break it down and rebuilt it every time.
All that said it's getting 2 stars b/c if I was in a slow paced studio..it really is a nice product. very well build, rugged, I like that I can add 2 lights using my other magmod accessories. But that's about it.. and I mean I can do that with any decent softbox and the dual head bracket from godox.
To put the nail in the coffin.. I opened it, I saw it wouldn't work (for me) and I put it back in the box and emailed them to return and they said no. They have a 90 day guarantee but It does state if you purchase on this site...so be aware of that stuff in the future everyone. kickstarter, BH, Adorama, etc don't count. Glad I spend $350, waited MONTHS and just for disappointment.
