About Parabolix 35D Reflector
- 35D Reflector -
The Parabolix 35D reflector is a flagship fashion and beauty light. At 35" wide and 25" deep, it's the perfect mid-size reflector, and offers a wide range of lighting options from fully focused (hard yet smooth light) to fully flooded (soft light with contrast and detail). This gives an incredible variety of lighting abilities in just one medium-size reflector. The 35D Reflector comes with the new fast-latching speedring system, making setup and breakdown easy. The 35D Lighting Package also comes with the Light Focus Mount PRO and Elinchrom Cage Mount. Choose Cage Mount for more lightweight strobes and lamps under 6 lbs. Optional eggcrate grid, diffusions, scrim and flag available as accessories. Mounting stand/tripod and strobe/lamp not included. Made in USA.
- Focus Mount PRO -
The core of the system is the Parabolix Light-Focusing Mount. This universal, stand-alone mount allows you control the position of your light source inside your reflector, giving you either a focused beam or flooded spread of light, or any position in-between. This gives your reflector a range of light qualities that you can control. Focused light is harder, more specular, and has more contrast; flooded light is softer, has a wider spread, and much softer shadows. Since it's designed to work with all brands of strobes, it integrates seamlessly with your existing lights using the appropriate adapter. For other brands and larger monolights there is the Parabolix Universal Strobe Adapter. If you're a speedlite user, the Horizontal Speedlite Adapter together with the Universal Strobe Adapter will allow you to mount speedlites inside the reflector, opening up a world of lighting options to speedlite users that never existed before.

The Parabolix Light-Focusing Mount is designed to work with virtually any brand of strobe or speedlite, using the appropriate adapter. You can get great parabolic, indirect, focusable lighting using your existing speed lights with our system!
