Not what I had hoped for.

I have had Premier paper cutters in the past that have lasted for years. I'm not sure this one will last for months. I have learned that this thin plastic, tinny construction is what you get these days for the price, but Premier should be embarrassed at the quality of it's product. The base is made of super-thin plastic about the thickness of a credit card. The cutting surfaces look like the cutting edge on a roll of aluminum foil and they bind if you're not careful. Buy it if it is all you can afford, otherwise move on,
