Saving Me Miles

I work in a camera room with 6 - 8 lights on any given session. My on going funny was "you'd think I be a skinny man with all the laps I do around this room". I would literally run back and forth to the different lights adjusting settings while metering during set up and while actually shooting. With the remote system, I am able to turn lights on and off and change their power settings with out leaving the camera stand. It takes a little juggling when using the light meter, transmitter and remote at the same time but it's amazing what you get used to.
