New vewsion with feet is much better
The version of this caddie sent to me lacks the little rubber feet on the back of the unit which acts to prevent slipping of the unit when it is attached to a flash. Believe me, that small upgrade make a big difference.

Excellent Product
If you use the original pocket wizards then its a must that you get a few of these. I have 4 version 1 wizards and use 3 of these caddys. It makes putting them on light stands super simple and keeps you from having to find bongo ties or other means of attaching them to stands. It screws directly to the back of the pocket wizard and then wraps around the light stand pole. It has a fastening cord already attached so you wrap the cord and secure and done! I have been using these for a long time and have never had one break or not work properly and everything in my studio gets constant abuse. I highly recommend these!

Must-have Pocket Wizard accessory
Simple clean pro solution and alternative to velcro and/or string and/or tape, etc.

Handy Device
I use this when mount a PocketWizard on something. It is okay for the price as I probably could have done the same thing with elastic bands or gaffer tape. It makes the whole process cleaner.

Indespensible!
These caddies are incredibly easy to use and we worry less about our expensive Pocket Wizards going crashing to the ground. We do a lot of team photo and on-site portrait shooting and these make moving our light stands with flashes and Pocket Wizards attached easier than ever. Also very easy to remove for battery changes.

very simple but useful
After few time my pocket wizard kissed the ground I started to find solution how to hold it tight on the stand. I have ordered 2 of these caddies and I am ordering 2 more because this small thing really helps no have your pw save. Of couse you can try to make yur own caddies because design is very very simple but this cost only [$] so why spend your time?

excelent option for the pocket wizzards.
My only complaint is I wish they use a thumb screw instead so it will easy to remove when you need to change the battery...
