Such mixed feelings. This is called a ?swatch pack? which implies that maybe they?re not intended for real use but to sample everything so you can make informed purchases of full size Rosco gels (something I definitely recommend). However these measure PERFECTLY to fit over the lens of my speed lights. But this would not be the case if you have round speed lights or perhaps larger than my specific brand (Godox TT650). My biggest gripe is that they?re not just a bit bigger, and/or don?t offer an easy method of securing to speed lights. Other similarly priced options (though with much MUCH less variety) have ?wings? or ?flaps? that fold over the sides of the speed light and you can secure them on with a velcro strap or included fat rubber bands. These could be secured with tape sure, but that?s less cost efficient for the end user. And also if you don?t have these perfectly applied, you would have light spill. Like I said, mixed feelings. These are incredible, you have ENDLESS options. Tons of colors plus fabric textures, for $10 you really cannot complain? other than some obvious impracticality.

Even if you're only considering using gels and haven't yet - get one. If you're using gels now and don't have one - why not?

Upon first opening up the sampler, it seemed incredibly small, however, it IS a sampler, so... There are So Many colors, and even a couple of fabrics to try, and each color has its description directly behind it. Furthermore, there is a card between each set of samples delineating what collection the following samples are from, making ordering larger gels incredibly easy!. I would have really liked it if these were on a ring, rather than posted together, so they could be more easily separated for trying them out. All told, however, this is a really nice, compact, FULL sampler. SO WORTH the less than $ I spent on it!

Love it! The descriptions are great on the pages behind the gels, stating what they are and how to use them. Great for new learners and beginners to using gels

This thing is amazing, I actually take pictures of my phone with it. So many great colors to choose from.

Contains every gel and sample you could imagine. Buy a business card organizer to keep neat.
