This is a great trimmer; its angles are square, and the cutter guides very smoothly. I would have liked to see an adjustable back stop that extends for wide pieces—the existing back stop (shown in the photo as a black wedge, at the top of the trimmer) will only go out to the width of the board, so it's not useful for cutting pieces that will be wider than the board. Overall, I'm very pleased

I have tried other paper cutters of the years, went with cheaper ones unfortunately. Wish I would have bought this one years ago. It cuts like butter and is so accurate. Can't say a negative thing about it. Some have reported that the guide is off, mine was right on from the beginning. I store it flat and never pick it up by the rails, maybe that helps.

Reliable product. Beware when ordering other cutter/trimmers that look like they are legit, but when you look more carefully at the contact info, etc things may look fishy. Happened with me, but not at Adorama.

The cutter does an excellent job, with clean, straight cuts. It took a bit of practice to get prints trimmed precisely where I wanted. It would be a perfect cutter, if there were some type of indicator showing the cutter wheel path, but with experience, this becomes less of an issue. The ability to remove extremely thin slices of paper make it easy to get a perfect print border. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

I use it mostly on various photo papers and mounting material. It is way better than my old one and a joy to use and very easy to cut exactly where I want. It is a very effective paper cutter and looks the part. A beautiful machine and no negatives.

Use the trimmer to cut photos and card stock. After getting used to how and where the cut line is, I have picked up speed and it cuts great every time. Very glad I purchased this product.

After several near misses and one semi-serious accident with my guillotine-type paper cutter, I ordered, sight unseen, the Rotatrim. It is as advertised--and more. Prints and paper can be positioned quickly and accurately. They are held in place firmly so that they will not move during the cut. And the rotary disk slices cleanly through without any possibility of cut fingers.

Overall very happy with the rotatrim, As mentioned the only complaint is that it has a squeaky sound when I roll back the blade that I could do without, but it certainly works well.
