Not bad, but could cut better

I use Rototrim cutters to trim up prints with adhesive on the back when dry mounting prints to ragboard. I have a smaller cutter for 16x20 prints that has always worked fine. It squares the images perfectly, but this cutter doesn't do as good a job. I seem to end up with prints that are off by a few centimeters. Very frustrating. Rototrim sent me new cutter blades after I called their customer service in the UK, but it still doesn't cut larger prints quite straight.
