Neat Little Gadget

This is very easy to use. I even use it on my cameras that have a PC interface built in just to save wear and tear.

It is a cold shoe, not a hot shoe.

If you are buying this to trigger a flash with a PocketWizard, this is not the one. The Hama universal hotshoe or the Paramount PC to hot shoe are what you want.

Many of todays digital and film cameras do not have PC terminals to trigger electronic flash units with a sync cord. When you need a PC terminal to trigger a flash unit, this great little accessory comes to the rescue. Just slide it into the hot shoe on your camera, and plug the PC connector on the sync cord into the PC terminal on the adaptor.
