ARNOLD M : Is it waterproof?SHERRI J : I don't know if it's waterproof but it is definitely water resistant. I have used mine attached to a tile saw where water oversprays it, and it didn't bother it. It seems to be pretty durable. i have dropped mine several times and it is still going strong.DAVID K : I have never got this light wet. The manufacture lists this light as being water resistant. I hope this helps.ISAAC G : I wouldn't say water proof, more water resistant. Using it in the rain or a quick drop in a puddle should be fine, but I wouldn't suggest it for underwater use. The description also uses the word 'resistant'.STEVE C : To some extent. Rain etc. Never really gave it that test. What I do know is that you will really like this.. holds charge.. is bright and ever so handy. I have 2 and have purchased 4 others as gifts. I'm a picky consumer and I rate this high on the list of "really nice"ROBERT J : I'd call it water resistant, not truly water proof. It chages via a USB port on the back end that is sealed with a rubber gasket. I probably still wouldn't want to submerge it. Out in the rain, sure, but not underwater.

Great Flashlight!

Great flashlight! I have one myself and have given four to friend and family who love them. Great around the house for odd jobs or as a reading light for the guest. Some have complained that the light-to-legs joint is fragile but that has not been my experience.

I use this item for home repairs, working under sink,working with electricity when the power is shut down. I bought another as a birthday gift for someone that admired it while we were remodeling his kitchen.

Great Light!

This is a great light and just one among several Joby lights. It has a lot of great features and the beam is very well focused whether you use it in wide or narrow beam. I love the versatile magnetic/changeable legs since it really provides you with a lot of choices to secure the flashlight beam on the work at hand.

The best flashlight ever!

I am a Machinist and I keep this in my toolbox at work. I can mount it anywhere using the magnetic feet or bend the legs around an object. I also have one at the house for when I do home repair in the basement or have to work on the car in the garage. The battery lasts a long time and it recharges quickly. The best feature is the light is waterproof. I like this light so much, that I gave out 2 of them for Christmas gifts.

Just another LED light, NOT

Working in electronic cabinets and equipment, it's nice to have a light that you can control. This unit places the light where you need it and the strong magnetic feet hold it. It stays where it is put.

I will probably buy more as gifts.

I would give this product 5 stars but I want to see how many recharges the battery will take before it needs to be replaced. I was using a magnetic base clip to hold a mini-mag in the past but this product is MUCH more flexible.
