This is a good protective device for the ad200. If I were to design it however I would have added an open cell padding of about 1? at the rear to protect the screen and controls better.

I didn't really think that I would use the Flashpoint Silicone Skin. I plan to use the eVOLV 200 occasionally since I photograph as a hobby... However, after thinking about it, the skin does offer a little more grip to the flash and may offer a little more protection if you drop it (I don't plan on testing that theory at the moment). It fits very well on the flash but it is a bit more snug to get into the case for storage. Not a big surprise, but also not a deal breaker also. I am appreciating this skin more and more.

This cover is great at protecting the eVOLV200. It fits like a glove, as it is snug around the flash, while giving access to all the buttons and swithches to control it

Fits my Godox AD 200 perfectly! All switches, thread mounts and displays are accessible and do not interfere with operation. Silicone skin is very well made and looks to be substantial in dampening from wear and tear use of my flash. I love how it the material also gives it a little more grip. Looking forward to purchasing another one once I get a second Ad 200.

If you want just a tiny lil extra layer of protection from scratches - great, this one will work well! I feel like for a skin it's pretty thick, so while that's great for protection, because it's just a slip on rather than an adhesive type skin, around the buttons it can be a lil loose and won't look as sleek and is kind of clunky. That's the only nit I could pick really, other than that the only sadness it brought was that it wasn't available (at the time) in yellow :)

This is needed for accidental drops which will happen to some of us. All the reports of cracked LCD screens is scary, and this skin will mitigate shocks if my flash should let gravity free fall it. Note* - there are two holes for tripod mount screws.

I purchased the eVOLV 200 and Adorama threw in the Silicone Skin for free. I wasn't expecting it or desiring it but "free" is a good price so I took them up on the offer. The Skin is aptly named; fits like skin. I can see how it might protect the eVOLV from drops but it makes accessing the slide switches for on/off, battery eject and changing the flash head a little trickier. So far it hasn't been an obstacle to using the flash so I will probably keep it in place. Not sure I would have specifically purchased the Skin but, like I said, "free" is a good price so I'm keeping it and using it. Since receiving the Skin, I have discovered it comes in a lot of different colors. With muiltiple eVOLV 200s, I can see a real advantage to having a different color Skin on each flash to keep track of which is which on the remote transmitter (i.e. Blue = Channel A, Red = Channel B, etc). If I end up with more 200s, I may be much more enthusiastic about the Silicone Skin.

It's cool, but a little thick. I ended up taking mine off so that it was a little easier to adjust quickly onto a stand (still works with it on but idk) Not sure if I will use it again very often however it would be handy for extra protection while traveling.
