Actually, this is a very useful monopod and a strong one to boot. British made and can hold appropriately 60 pounds. Making it capable of holding the vast majority of camera lense combinations. Like anything else you will have to get the hang of using it. But, it will give years of service.

Trent's full extended height is a dizzying 2m / 80". Capable of lateral loads as well as vertical, Trent makes an awesome boom for cameras or microphones.

For those about to rock
Constructed and precision engineered from aircraft-grade magnesium alloy, with a maximum tube diameter of 29mm, Trent is like a rock.

Duality
Trent's versatility comes from dual threads at either end. A spring assembly at the top enables the 3/8"-16 thread to retract below the 1/4"-20 thread encased within. At the foot is a 3/8"-16 thread, with a 1/4"-20 adapter sleeve.

Ultra-Light
At just 9g heavier than the Professional Carbon equivalent, Trent is a real contender for optimum build.
