I'd go back and forget the name 3pod. From the O-rings that constantly slip to the feet which lost their pads the third time I used the monopod it's been nothing but a headache. I relegated this piece of junk to back up to the back up and sure enough when I needed it this weekend it failed miserably. The base has never locked down properly and allowed too much sway. I can't even leave a lightweight a6500 sitting on the tripod and trust it to remain standing. And don't get me started on the utter lack of 3pod support. 5 emails and numerous calls lead to NO SERVICE!!! If you need a piece of junk just look outside the NOLA riverwalk I left this thing in a dumpster there along with the full size tripod and fluid head.

I love this monopod. the feet allow for added stability and I can move the stand around as needed. It is lightweight, and tall enough that I don't have to bend down to view my eyepiece.

This fluid video head did not work for me, I needed something that was smoother and I found this head to be a bit steppy. I will add that this is an extremely inexpensive head and seems very well made, if you are on a budget it might work for you.
