Constructed from aerospace-grade magnesium alloy, the Taylor 2.0 is not just lightweight, weighing only 677g (monopod only), but also incredibly sturdy, boasting an impressive load-to-weight ratio of 44:1. This means it can comfortably support equipment weighing up to 30kg (66lb), making it an ideal choice for those using long lenses or heavy cameras.
The Taylor 2.0 is designed with the modern traveler in mind. Its compact size allows it to fit into carry-on luggage, making it a perfect companion for photographers on the go, whether you're traveling by air, sea, or land. Despite its compact size, it extends up to 1.58m (62.2"), providing ample height for a variety of shooting scenarios.
One of the standout features of the Taylor 2.0 is its versatility. It comes with dual threads at both ends, including a spring-loaded combination screw thread at the top that allows the 3/8"-16 thread to retract below the 1/4"-20 thread encased within.
