This hybrid photo/video product is one of the first of its kind from 3LT, showcasing the brand's commitment to innovation and quality.Constructed from 100% pure, 8-layer carbon fiber, this durable tripod is designed to withstand challenging conditions while maintaining a lightweight profile for easy transport. The three-section legs feature a new leg lock design with raised O-Pads for improved grip, leverage, and water dispersement, ensuring stability even on uneven terrain.The levelling base system is equipped with friction control on the underside, allowing for fine adjustments and smooth, fast setups. The tripod's legs are detachable, transforming into monopods or boom arms for added versatility. With the addition of 3LT footwear (sold separately), the levelling base can be converted into a foot stabilizer for the monopod, or the tripod can be used as a table-top or low-level tripod.The Mike tripod also introduces 3LT's new Rapid Latch, an anodised mag-alloy leg latch with an auto engage lock. This feature simplifies the process of opening and positioning the legs, even when wearing thick gloves.The AirHed Cine Video Head, 3LT's first dedicated video head, is precision milled from aerospace-grade magnesium alloy. It offers an adjustable tilt mechanism for smooth movement, controllable directly or with the included panning arm. The head features a friction control for the tilt mechanism, a knurled clamp knob for improved grip and leverage, and a 360-degree panning base that can be locked off as required.The Arca-Swiss compatible mounting plate is made from anodised magnesium alloy and includes a 1/4"-20 Stainless Steel mounting screw and rubberised pads for a secure connection to camera bases.
